What services do you provide?

Stangerup Cloud provides web hosting targeted towards WordPress. Our hosting plans include technologies such as LiteSpeed and Redis.

Why choose you over other providers?

We care — sincerely, our first and foremost mission is to ensure the succes of our clients. Unlike many large-scale hosting providers, we have the neccesary oversight to support this claim.

How does onboarding work?

We don’t have the operational capacity to onboard new clients on demand. Please reach out to us if you are interested. This is done to ensure consistent support from our team.

What’s the difference between shared and dedicated hosting?

Shared hosting means that computing resources are shared with other tenants. Both we and Hetzner take extensive measures to prevent abuse and avoid overpopulation, but we can’t guarantee access to 100% compute at all times.

Dedicated hosting, on the other hand, is designed for continuous high CPU usage. It’s particularly well-suited for demanding applications, such as high-profile ecommerce stores running on WooCommerce, where consistent performance and reliability are critical.

How does pricing work?

We tailor each hosting plan to your specific needs — there’s no “one size fits all” approach. Our goal is to match you with the right resources so your website estate performs at its best.

Do you provide a service level agreement?

Not at this time. SLAs add additional overhead that isn’t always productive, and would require us to raise our prices significantly. That said, we strive to provide the highest possible level of availability at all times.

Can’t I just host my own server?

Absolutely! What you’re paying for here is peace of mind. We take care of all the technical stuff for you, including security, control panel, backups, and more.
